Before organizing a full relocation project, we offer a dedicated on-site consultation designed to understand the client’s needs, evaluate the property and prepare a tailored relocation strategy. This session allows us to carefully assess every aspect of the move and create a clear and realistic project plan. What is included Private On-Site Consultation A personal visit to the client’s residence to evaluate the property, the volume of belongings and the specific requirements of the move. Needs & Lifestyle Assessment Discussion of the client’s expectations, priorities and timeline, including special requirements such as artworks, antiques, valuable objects or delicate items. Relocation Strategy Planning Initial planning of the relocation process, identifying logistics, transport needs, packing requirements and potential technical considerations. Preliminary Project Structuring Definition of the different phases of the move: packing, transport, customs procedures (if international), installation and final setup. Partner & Logistics Coordination (Preparation Phase) Selection of the most appropriate partners within our trusted relocation network depending on the complexity of the project. Preparation of a Tailored Global Proposal Following the consultation, we prepare a detailed relocation proposal including logistics, services, coordination and estimated costs. If the client proceeds with the relocation project through 5 Oaktree, this amount can optionally be credited toward the final project coordination fee.
