Service Description

Identifying trusted service partners for your property Based on the requirements defined during the Property Needs Assessment, Five Oaktree conducts a targeted search for suitable facility management providers in your region. Our objective is to identify reliable and professional service partners capable of managing and maintaining your property according to the required standards. During this phase, we research and review potential providers with particular attention to: - reliability and reputation - experience with high-quality residential properties - professionalism and organisational structure - scope of services offered - local presence and availability Where possible, we also review references and evaluate whether the services offered are appropriate for the specific needs of your property. Following this process, 5Oaktree prepares a curated shortlist of 2 to 3 suitable facility management providers, including a brief internal assessment and their contact details. This phase is conducted within a maximum time allocation of one working day (approximately 8–9 hours). The final selection and contractual agreement will be made directly between the client and the selected provider. In certain cases, depending on the specific requirements of the property, the level of selectivity desired, or the availability of suitable providers in the region, additional time may be required to complete the search and evaluation process. Should the scope of work exceed the estimated time allocation, any additional time will be discussed and communicated with the client in advance before further work is undertaken. Additional services will only be carried out with the client’s prior agreement and will be invoiced separately according to the applicable hourly rate. The required scope and complexity of the search can often be anticipated during the Property Needs Assessment, allowing Five Oaktree to inform the client in advance should a more extensive search process be expected.
