We begin with an assessment of your property and your individual requirements. This phase includes an initial consultation and evaluation of the services required for your property. Typical topics may include: - Property supervision and key holding - Garden and pool maintenance - Technical maintenance - Cleaning and upkeep - Property monitoring during absence - Coordination of maintenance and service providers This assessment is conducted within a maximum time allocation of one working day (up to 6 hours). The objective of this phase is to clearly define the service profile required for your property.
